of civil construction projects viz., Indoor Stadium, Road, Refinery, Bridge, Hospital, Commercial buildings, Thermal Power
Plant and industrial structures.
· Project management and planning
of large integrated industrial projects Mega Thermal Power Plants, Combined cycle and solar power plants.
· Execution of all construction
activities of Buildings along with Finishing Items, Precasting and Precast Erection, Preparation of Estimates, taking measurements,
Contractor’s bill certification and familiarity with external / internal plumbing & sanitary systems, water supply
& sewage treatment, Electrical etc. Coordination of multi disciplinary projects.
· Project planning, resource
planning, preparation of project monitoring manuals, bar charts, pert charts and progress reports.
· Detailed specifications,
BOQ, tendering, negotiation, bid evaluation, contract documentation, site supervision, contract administration and procurement
services for bought out items.
· Cash flow forecast, materials
forecast, field accounting and certification for payment and bulk material reconciliation.
· Clearances from statutory
authorities.
· Allocation and monitoring
professional consultants (PMC, Architecture, Interior, electrical & Structural).
· Undertake periodic evaluations;
contractor’s financial claims and process payments.
